Kevin and Jerry O’Leary started O’Leary Asphalt, Inc. in 1985 by sealcoating driveways for residential customers in Montgomery County.
Their vision to be at the helm of one of the most successful paving companies in Maryland became a reality not long after that. Both brothers possess extensive experience and knowledge within the industry and can answer any question, offer information about any paving or concrete scenario and troubleshoot any situation.
In addition to their extensive hands-on experience, Kevin and Jerry manage a corporate office space in excess of 14,000 square feet with a staff that exceeds 30 in number.
As anyone can tell you, Kevin and Jerry have become savvy businessmen and boast well-rounded careers both in the field as well as in the office. Kevin is married and the father of four children.
He is a racing enthusiast and enjoys his own “Historic-GTO”. He is involved in numerous kid-related functions and enjoys quality time with his family.
Jerry is married and the father of one son and as anyone who knows him can attest, he is a sports enthusiast extraordinaire. He attends many sporting events that most people only read about, including the ESPY awards in LA. When he’s not attending a sports function, he’s coaching.
