Bruce J. Mazenko has been with O’Leary Asphalt for over eight years. As Superintendent, Bruce is often found managing projects, holding safety meetings and generally over-seeing everything in the field for both new construction and rehab.
O’Leary Asphalt credits Bruce with being one of the top Superintendents within the industry. His extensive experience speaks for itself and commands respect from not only his crews, but his peers in the field as well.
Bruce is married and the father of three children.
John L. Hilderbrand has been with O’Leary Asphalt for 10+ years. He came to O’Leary with 8 years of hands-on experience within the industry.
John began his career at O’Leary as Superintendent of the sealcoating division and worked his way into sales where he has acted in the capacity of VP of Rehab Sales for the past three years.
John possesses exceptional customer relation skills and can be credited with bringing numerous new customers to the company as well as keeping the established customers happy. John is married and the father of three children.
He is a race car enthusiast who enjoys his own “street-rod-NOVA” when he’s not at the office.
Mark L. Jeffress has been with O’Leary Asphalt for over two years. He came to the company with a lifetime of experience within the construction industry and has not only run his own company, but has worked for some of the biggest general contractors in Maryland.
His knowledge and experience combined with his exceptional talent in estimating new construction projects has proven to be invaluable to O’Leary. As VP of New Construction, Mark has taken his staff under his wing and brought each of them to new heights within their own careers.
Though the demands of his position take up much of his time, he is never too busy to guide and teach anyone who presents themselves to him with questions.
Mark is married and the father of two grown daughters.
