O’Leary Asphalt is pleased to announce Kimco Realty Corporation as our Customer of the Month for May. O’Leary will be working on the Battlefield Shopping Center in Leesburg, VA providing the following services: patching, paving, milling and striping.
This year O’Leary has taken on more snow contracts than ever. It’s nice to know our efforts are appreciated. 2007 O’Leary began two annual initiatives to show appreciation to our customers. O’Leary visited numerous offices and delivered luncheon sandwich platters including sides and beverages for the entire office staff. Included were Manekin, Kimco, Abaris Realty, DH Bader, Vista Management, Saul Centers, The Management Group, Property Management People, Vanguard, Matan, Legium and Norman, Skanska and CMI.
We have continued this into 2008 by thanking Boise Cascade and Manekin in January. Our first annual golf tournament held on August 15th at PB Dye Golf Club in Ijamsville was a huge success.
The tournament winning foursome included a sales rep from O’Leary and three representatives from Forrestor Construction.
The tournament was followed by a catered BBQ luncheon held at the O’Leary headquarters. We look forward to our next golf tournament this year.
